Identify Solutions
We propose at least two or three ways to help solve the challenge and work together to determine what would work best.

Once solutions are determined, it's time to take action and put them into place. Changes can be made, as needed.
Review
We meet again at the end of this process to review what worked or what didn't. Determine if more action is needed.
