David Strukel, Ph.D. – Associate 

David Strukel, Ph.D. is an associate with MAYS. He an education professional with over 25 years experience combined at the college and high school levels. He has taught a variety of classes in Communication including: Audio and Video Production, Media Law, Public Speaking, Communication Theory, and Senior Seminar. Prior to teaching, Dr. Strukel worked in the media for 11 years in various roles at radio and television stations, earning several awards from the Ohio Associated Press. In 2019, Dr. Strukel was named an Apple Distinguished Education. In 2014, Dr. Strukel was induted into the Kent State College of Education, Health and Human Services Hall of Fame as a recent graduate award winner for his work with Apple Higher Ed.
